Delivery & collection.

Guidance first. Your supplier confirms the arrangement.

Making time and transport

Production estimates start once the order is ready to make: supplier acceptance, payment requirements and final specifications/drawings are satisfied. Specialist sheet sourcing can add time. Some guides include delivery; others cover production only.

Different products in one order

When one supplier fulfils the whole order, combined delivery normally follows its longest lead time. Earlier or separate deliveries can be discussed. A supplier may include them or quote a separate charge; no automatic fee applies.

Processing and urgent work

Shaping, painting, sandblasting and waterjet work may add time and cost. Overlapping processes need a supplier-confirmed schedule. An urgent request is not an automatic commitment.

Collection by arrangement

Factory collection may be available, subject to the manufacturer’s agreement. Wait for confirmation that your glass is ready and agree a collection time before travelling.

Confirm packaging and loading assistance. Arrange a suitable vehicle, safe transport and enough people or appropriate equipment for loading and unloading. Requirements depend on panel sizes, weight and glass type.

Regional differences

Supplier routes and courier arrangements differ. Northern Ireland, islands and remote postcodes require specific confirmation. A town-centre map or nearby supplier does not guarantee availability or delivery.
